Every month includes a fresh, easy-to-use QUICK START meal plan with new strategies and recipes to keep you consistent and never bored.
The minimum commitment is 12 weeks, because that's how long it actually takes to build habits, see your body respond, and stop second-guessing yourself. After 12 weeks, you can continue month-to-month at the same rate, because this becomes your lifestyle, not just a program.
