Meet Martha
Martha VanCamp is a women’s health coach specializing in sustainable weight loss through macro‑friendly nutrition, simple movement, and supportive coaching. She helps women replace diet drama with confidence, consistency, and long‑term results.
At the age of 40, Martha was morbidly obese, weighing in at nearly 275 pounds. That was her breaking point, and she began her journey to become a Double Certified Nutritionist and became her first client.
In 2010, she started her first weight loss company, BE FIT SYSTEMS, and guided nearly 10,000 clients to weight loss victory.
Martha then retired from the business to take care of her own (new) health journey with perimenopause, menopause and Epstein-Barr Virus.
Now, with all new expertise and tools, Martha is coming out of retirement with a fresh approach to optimizing women's health through food and active coaching!
